I have been a licensed agent since 1999. In 2002 I moved to Clark County. I joined the National Association of Realtors® as well as our state (WAR) and local (CCAR) boards in 2003. Real estate transactions require more of an agent than simple marketing skills. Agents must be able to prepare their clients for potential obstacles in the process as well as staying ahead of these potential issues with diligent follow up with clients and the agents representing the other side of the deal. I have managed to sell hundreds of homes over the decades and more than 100 in the last five years alone. I have chosen to work as an individual professional broker to provide personal and direct service to my clients rather than shuffling them off to a junior associate. This personal one on one style allows me to be certain my clients are getting the best service and care possible.
